Tulsa's Budget

Mayor Dewey Bartlett is proposing what he calls a "citizens' budget" to the City Council. It includes items such as increased code enforcement, mowing and graffiti removal that Tulsa residents demanded through a scientific survey. Councilors must review, tweak and adopt the budget before the July 1 start of the fiscal year.
