Two icons of Tulsa design — interior designer Charles Faudree and florist Toni Garner — have collaborated on “Country French Florals & Interiors” (Gibbs Smith, $39.95), which combines Faudree’s ideas about decoration with Garner’s artistry with plants to show floral arrangements can personalize every room in a home.
