A search for the body of a missing 13-year-old Tulsa girl has resumed Wednesday morning.

Police are searching the west side of the Arkansas River near 31st Street for Cori Baker, whom they believe was kidnapped and killed by her sister’s boyfriend, Marquis Milton Bullock.

Bullock, 18, was arrested Monday night after police discovered he had picked Baker up from school Friday afternoon, according to his arrest report. Baker has not been seen since.

Police began searching the river for Baker’s body Tuesday but called the search off for the night by about 8 p.m. Bullock was with investigators at the scene of the search.

A substance that tested positive for blood was found in Bullock's car and on his shoes, but those tests are not definitive, according to the report.
