A police affidavit obtained by the Tulsa World revealed new details Friday in a case against a Tulsa County District Judge who has been charged with indecent exposure.

Judge Jesse Harris was charged Thursday with two counts of indecent exposure resulting from a March 9 incident involving an ex-girlfriend and her friend in a parking lot at an east Tulsa motel. He was arrested and after being booked at the Tulsa Jail, he was released on his own recognizance. Harris denies the allegations.

According to the affidavit, his ex-girlfriend told police that he drove up to her motel room about 11 a.m. on March 9 and they talked.

She said that he then suggested that the woman and her friend engage in group sex with him, according to the affidavit. The woman said that he was touching himself, and "asked her if she missed his penis (referring to it by a pet name they shared)," the record states.

She said that he then exposed himself to her.

The woman's friend then exited the motel and approached the vehicle. She said that Harris was exposed and she described his penis to police.

The women said that they then went back to their motel room and Harris left.

During interviews with detectives, Harris reportedly said that he was at the motel and spoke with the women, but denies any exposure or illicit conversation, the affidavit states.

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris recused himself from the case, and Attorney General Drew Edmondson appointed Washington County District Attorney Rick Esser as special prosecutor, according to a March 25 letter from Edmondson.
