Stacy Burrows to David Christopher. The bride-elect is the daughter of Steve and Ruth Burrows of Edmond. She is the granddaughter of Dale and Betty James. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Lynne Christopher and Pete Gallop of Ryde, Isle of Wight, England and the late Michael Christopher. He is the grandson of Frank and Lilian Domine.

The bride-elect graduated from Owasso High School and earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree at Oklahoma State University. She is a child development specialist at SoonerStart in Tulsa.

The prospective bridegroom graduated from Ryde School and Lancaster University. He is a journalist currently pursuing a master’s degree in journalism from City University in London.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 10, 2009, at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church in Tulsa.
