Joyce Meyer, one of the country's best-known preachers, speaks to an estimated 4,000 people at the BOK Center on Friday morning. Her final session is 10 a.m. Saturday. Parking may be a challenge with Mayfest going on downtown, but doors open two hours before the event. Admission is free.

When she first came on a local radio station, she seemed very much like one of us, but, as time went on, she turned Mod, weraring fancy outfits, shedding her glasses, and spiffing up her appearance with a lot of happy-talk. She is very popular with women, and a few men. Just a typical TV preacher-type, no different from some of the guys in the same business.

Interesting how people talk like they know her. She has given good advice to a lot of women, if some of that advice is to try to keep youself looking good for yourself and family, keep yourself healthy for a longer life, isn't that a good thing? I know when I'm out shopping, I see a lot of need out there.

Good for you latime. Joyce is a money changer by biblical definition. Those who follow her are destined to the same fate that (she/he) will recieve. That is simply it. Get !t ? If not thars a popular book that is given away every day for free @ hundreds of locations all over town. Its kinda like golph (golf); its not for everyone. Only for the ones who like it.

I will sleep well tonight, knowing someone out there knows everything with absolute discernment. what a relief. It would be good to read the parts of the bible you don't like as well too.

She flew into Tulsa via her 2 million dollar jet and will fly back to her 1 million dollar home. She has to have big turn outs, it costs a lot to fly from town to town in her private jet. When she begs for money for the hungry, which most tv preachers do, you will notice it is to support foreign countries. She doesn't have to follow the same guide lines on reporting where the money goes. They have to do that if they are asking for money for a charity in the US. She is honest about one thing, she needs money to keep her organization going. Her videos always show a modest very sparse background. That is called deceiving people. There is nothing sparse about her life style.
People can support her if they want. God never said people who preached the gospel should be poor and live in poor conditions, but then he never said to squander money either.
She wasn't being investigated for nothing.

Joyce Meyer Ministries gives over 80% of the proceeds directly to the people in need. That is so much better than others that don't even make it to 30%. She also has a board. Most do not. She also puts her financials on her web site. Although 2008's financials are not on there or I could not find them. I think she is doing a lot of hard work. She brought in a lot of dollars to the Tulsa economy over the last few days.

Some of you just need to keep your trash talk to yourself and maybe go read the bible and study it, and than come back! I saw her on Friday night and it was awesome! Joyce Meyers is one of my favorite people! She is so inspirational and spiritual! She says it how it is and she just lets us know we can do it! She is a very good woman and she brings the WORLD and me closer to GOD more and more everyday!
Thank you SOOOO much Joyce!

Joyce delivered some very 'popular' messages this past weekend: Obedience, suffering for christ, and helping the poor.
Joyce pulled no punches and did not preach a "bless me" message for itching ears. Each message could make one's flesh reason about not coming back for the next meeting.
She did a good job at discipleship, preaching a great word about actually doing more for the poor by giving what you can to them in your own local church.
God approves of Joyce, just as much as He approves of me or you. He picked each one of us as the apple of his eye. He choose us before the creation of the world.
