Two men were killed Tuesday when a car crossed the median and crashed into oncoming traffic on U.S. 69 in Mc- Intosh County.

Another man was killed Tuesday when he and two other passengers were ejected from a van on U.S. 75 in northern Okmulgee County.

Dead are Sammy Johnson, 69, of Eufaula; Michael Aultman, 25, of Austin, Texas; and Adam Stallings, 65, of Okmulgee.

Aultman's southbound 1994 Buick crossed the median about a mile south of Checotah and crashed into Johnson's northbound 1999 Lincoln about 2:15 p.m., the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

Johnson's passenger, Linda Johnson, also 69 and of Eufaula, was flown to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa in serious condition, troopers said.

Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt, the OHP reported.

Troopers reported that a dark-colored Pontiac changed lanes in front of a 1997 Dodge van on U.S. 75 just north of 266th Street about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, causing the van's driver to swerve into the median.

The van rolled twice, ejecting Stallings and two other passengers, Justin Stallings, 30, and Cheyenne Stallings, 3, both also of Okmulgee.

Adam Stallings was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.

Justin and Cheyenne Stallings were both flown to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa with head and internal injuries, the Highway Patrol reported.

The van's driver, Luther Stallings, 61, of Okmulgee, was treated at Okmulgee Memorial Hospital and released, according to troopers.

No one in the van was wearing a seat belt, the Highway Patrol reported.

The 3 yr old was not in a child restraint?
If she survives the parents need to feel lucky and then charged!
