Wynona former chief jailed in molestation
ARRESTED
Timothy Lee Boyer:
He told an investigator that he had been molesting the girl, who is now 16, for about eight years, according to an arrest report. He said he had molested her more than 100 times during the last eight years and that the last time he did so was on July 3.

Tulsa County deputies have arrested a former Wynona police chief on complaints accusing him of molesting a relative.
Timothy Lee Boyer, 49, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on complaints of rape by instrumentation and lewd molestation of someone younger than 16, jail records show.
On Monday, Boyer walked into the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office in downtown Tulsa and told an investigator that he had been molesting the girl, who is now 16, for about eight years, according to an arrest report.
He said he had molested her more than 100 times during the last eight years and that the last time he did so was on July 3.
A detective called the girl, and she confirmed that the abuse had occurred, Boyer's arrest report states.
Boyer was the police chief in Wynona for three months from March 17 through June 22, current Chief Sam Weygand said. He said Boyer resigned in June, saying he was going to move back to the Sand Springs area.
The arrest report states that Boyer now lives in a rural area near Sand Springs.
Wynona is between Hominy and Pawhuska in Osage County.
Before serving in Wynona, Boyer was an officer in the Hooker and Pawhuska police departments, Weygand said.
He first heard about the arrest from a Tulsa County sheriff's deputy Thursday morning, he said.

About eight years for this girl.
About three years for the boy whose 'Big Brother' molested him.
A couple of months ago we read about two separate cases where fathers impregnated their daughters. Multiple times! Starting when these girls were just little girls.
And there are so many, many more of these men who we walk about during the day never knowing what demons they are to innocent children.
There's so many of them that I can't figure out why there are so many men who are sexual diviates. What gives? They're everywhere. Priests, Sunday School teachers, teachers, next door neighbors, clean cut looking guys, sloppy looking guys, and the list goes on and on and on.

Yes, Rooster they are just as bad, but how many times have we heard of women molesting little boys? I don't have the stats, but it's a tiny percentage compared to men who molest. I don't understand. They're all sick.

Well, Rooster and yaki.....I see it was more important to you two fine men to point out that I left out women than it was to acknowledge just how many of these sick people are out there harming children.

You're right, Rooster. I admit it. I still can't figure out why anyone, male or female would be interested in a child. I don't get it.

EL'Manah'
She stands near a gated stone pillar out of sight of the great crowd that approached as a seething flame from a distance, she heard the divine cries and her heart ached as she tried to drown those voices in her ears.

I worked with Mr. Boyer in the past.
It was not a pleasent time and I refused to work with him because of an incident where he mistreated a patient. For the good of everyone he quit.
I am surprised that he was in law enforcement due to his temper. Remind you of anyone on the OHP.

BA employed a cheerleader sponsor/teacher many years ago who was convicted of molesting a female student. Yes, it happens.

i have faith, Not talking about these things is one of the reasons it continues to happen. Maybe someone is educating their child today about how to avoid such a situation, or how to let another adult know if they find themselves in such a situation, because of this story.
There could be no good reason for this man to have done what he has admitted to. He turned himself in and said he had been molesting this girl for 8 years and she is now 16. OMG!

I don't think anyone is judging an innocent man
......according to an arrest report.
And pardon me, i have faith, aren't you judging all of us?

Here we go another rotten apple. Another person in law enforcement giving them all a black eye. Did he use his authority to scare this child into silence? Doing this for 8 years. That means she was about 8 years old when it started. I am so outraged over this. Another life ruined.

There is no treatment that will change these pervert chid molesters. they can not cure them. there is no cure.the only thing that helps is a loss of freedom and to never be around children again. but it is still always in and on their mind.

Joyce and Thunder, you are being too lenient with him. Tatoo "Molester" on his forehead and turn him loose in General Population at the prison of your choice, the rest will take care of itself.
