A Catoosa woman has died from a motorcycle crash in LeFlore County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Debra A. Childress, 39, was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle east on the Talimena Drive about a mile east of U.S. 259 when her motorcycle left the roadway, flipped and struck a tree about 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to the OHP.

Troopers said Childress, who was not wearing a helmet, died at a Fort Smith, Ark. hospital.
