House-fire killings suspect held

OKLAHOMA CITY — A man who was wanted in the shooting deaths of four people who were found in a burning house Nov. 9 surrendered Tuesday and was returned to Oklahoma City.
David Allen Tyner, 28, of Locust Grove surrendered about 8:30 a.m. at the Mayes County Sheriff's Office in Pryor. The warrant for his arrest listed six murder complaints because two of the victims were pregnant.
Tyner arrived in Oklahoma City about 3:45 p.m. to be interviewed by homicide detectives. Police said he knew at least one of the victims. Detectives said they don't think he acted alone.
Tyner was a two-time state champion wrestler in Salina and a state runner-up as a senior at Locust Grove in 2000, said Johnny Cook, Tyner's wrestling coach at Locust Grove.
After high school, Tyner wrestled at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and later joined the Marine Corps, Cook said.
After leaving the Marines, Tyner became a cage fighter. He compiled a 6-1 record in mixed martial arts, a form of competitive fighting that includes boxing, martial arts and wrestling.
Only two of the victims have been officially identified.
The state Medical Examiner's Office is using dental records to identify the remaining two victims, agency spokeswoman Cherokee Ballard said Tuesday. The arrest affidavit indicates that all four victims were shot before the fire was set.
One of the two victims identified last week was Brooke Phillips, 22, one of the stars of HBO's "Cathouse" series.
The reality show is about life at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, a legal brothel near Carson City, Nev. Phillips was a licensed prostitute who was taking time off because of her pregnancy.
Services for the second identified victim, Milagros Barrera, who went by the name "Millie," are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Chisholm Heights Baptist Church in Mustang.

He should have stayed in the Marines. At least there, he can kill people for REASON.
Also, IF abortion is LEGAL, how can killing fetus be murder? That makes no sense to me at all.
Four counts of felony murder will stick. One is enough to fry.

Why did he do it? Did he just loose it?
God rest the souls of the unknown in this case.
Also, prayers go out to the families who have lost a loved one.

Lotty duh. I'd really like to say a lot about what little you say. But this forum is not the place for that. Whatever was the past life of these victims my deepest sympathies go to their family and friends.
