The bodies of four people were found in a burning house.

OKLAHOMA CITY — A cage fighter from Locust Grove was charged Friday with six counts of first- degree murder in the Nov. 9 deaths of four people and two fetuses.
David Allen Tyner, 28, is being held in the Oklahoma County Jail. He had worked as a bodyguard for one victim, Casey Mark Barrientos, who has been in and out of prison for years on marijuana offenses, officials said.
Tyner is accused of shooting, stabbing and setting on fire the four adults. Their bodies were found when firefighters responded Nov. 9 to a fire at a house in southwest Oklahoma City.
Police detectives don't think Tyner acted alone.

Very sad story. I read this guy was a body builder from Locust Grove and being a small town everyone that new him are totally shocked and said it was totally out of character. I can't help but wonder why this happened.

Just sickening to hear she was stabbed in the abdomen being pregnant. What kind of monster could do such a thing? I hope they get the others that helped him. I can imagine how scared this witness was and probably still is.

I understand about filing homicide on the 4 adults but I absolutely do not understand filing on behalf of the two fetuses since by law they are not considered human beings deserving of the protection of the law.
This means it is both legal and illegal to kill an unborn, which is total hypocrisy not to mention Constitutionally illegal because allowing women to abort the unborn while charging others for the same death as homicide is hardly "equality before the law". But I'm not at all surprised.
One of the victims of the Ft. Hood killing was pregnant but the federal prosecutors denied filing for the fetus. Why is because of the legal precedent it would set which could be used as a legal argument against abortion on demand on the federal level.
I don't blame other countries for hating the U.S.; we're hypocrites and liars.

Phil #3, I can appreciate your frustration. Now anyone can correct me if I am wrong, but I understand it depends on the state to convict in fetal death, it could potentially become a federal crime. Now, this particular case will reveal the true motive and that probably more than one person was involved. What truly shocks me, is that we live in a world that promotes bad behavior and glorifies prostitution by broadcasting reality shows like the "Cat House". Like my grandma always says..."you are who your friends are."

The people offended by Phil's vague comment enough to respond are probably the biggest liars and hypocrites around. Most people would not feel obligated to personally defend themselves against a broad generalization.

You're right oldnorthroad; I hit some nerves but that's easy to do when hypocrisy is pointed out.
They're comfortable trying to have it both ways since it either doesn't directly affect them or they benefit from it.

Brooke Philips was the ONLY prostitute. Jen was a good girl and so was Millie. So they made some bad decisions...haven't we all?!? They were innocent victims taken away from this life too soon. Let them RIP. Their friends and family love them.
