OKLAHOMA CITY — The former chief investigator for the state Medical Examiner's Office was ordered Friday to stand trial on a sexual battery charge.
Kevin E. Rowland, 44, is accused of touching a male employee in a lewd and lascivious manner at an Oklahoma City Mexican restaurant in December 2007.
Oklahoma County Special Judge Greg Ryan ordered the trial after hearing testimony from the male employee.
Rowland's attorney said he was joking around.

Sounds like typical locker room banter. What he was doing in the girls locker room is beyond me. This is probably deeper than it looks. He could be a Necro guy.
