A Hydro woman died early Sunday when her vehicle struck a tree and burst into flames in Caddo County.
Authorities say the accident occurred about 5 a.m. on U.S. 281 just east of Binger. McKyna L. Gracia, 22, died at the scene, an OHP report stated. Police say Gracia’s vehicle left the road to the left, traveled about 240 feet and struck a tree, where it caught fire. Gracia was pinned inside the vehicle during the fire.
Gracia may have fallen asleep, the report indicated.
The accident remains under investigation. Gracia’s remains were transported to the state medical examiner’s office.

man. that poor young lady. stories like this make my heart hurt. i really do wish people would be more carefull when they're out and about. people never realize that they're always a split second away from death. i don't know who this young lady was, but someone loved her. and now they are hurting. i know that hurt first hand. it's indescribable. god bless them.
