Ardmore man dies after car crash

RAVIA — An Ardmore man died after rolling his vehicle several times late Saturday near Ravia in Johnston County.
Danny Joe Holt, 43, was driving westbound on Oklahoma 1 about 11 p.m. when he lost control, ran off the road and rolled several times, an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report stated.
Holt, who was thrown from the vehicle, died later at a nearby hospital.
Holt was not wearing a seat belt and had been driving under the influence of alcohol, the report stated.
