CACHE — A home invasion south of Cache early Monday left a family in ruins, and authorities say one man may be to blame for it all.

Martha Faye Miller, 55, died late Monday at a Lawton hospital, Comanche County Sheriff Kenny Stradley said. She was one of three family members attacked at their home south of Cache, Stradley said.

Her husband, Carl Herbert Miller, 64, is in critical condition at a local hospital, Stradley said. A son who was fighting with the intruder when deputies arrived was treated and released.

Mica Martinez, 29, was arrested on complaints of murder, rape, first-degree burglary and aggravated assault and battery. Martinez is being held without bail in the Comanche County jail.

This guy was out on bond from an earlier Aggravated A&B charge. Does $3000 seem like a good bond for someone who has caused "great bodily harm" to another person?
