LAWTON — A Cache man was arraigned in Comanche County District Court this morning on three felony charges in connection with a Monday attack on a rural Cache family.
Mica Alexander Martinez, 29, was arraigned in Lawton on one charge of first-degree murder and two felony assault and battery charges.
District Judge Joe B. Reeves denied bail.
Martinez is accused of entering the home of Carl and Faye Miller early Monday morning and beating them and their son, Shawn Monk, 33, who was spending the night. Carl Miller, 64, is in critical condition at a Lawton hospital. Monk, who grappled with the intruder, was treated and released.

The article implies only a single fatality - the other 2 didn't go down so easy. He can try again when he gets his plea deal - "If only society had treated me better!"

A 29 yr. old Loser who looks 49. Hopefully he never gets out to hurt another person and does not live to be 49 on taxpayor dollars.

This man has been in trouble with the law for the last 15 years and has been assaulting people since at least 1998. It’s no wonder he “…lawyered up…”. He has been there many times before. Once again, a permissive society has allowed a thug to go free long enough that someone has finally been killed. When will we stop tolerating these kind of events?

Yeah betty, if Martinez had exemplary down home family values like Joshua E. Muller, Ronald Fluke or Thomas Grasso, we could charge him with 3 counts of murder.
