By Associated Press

DUNCAN — Prosecutors have dropped charges of trafficking methamphetamine against a Marlow man in Stephens County and say two Marlow police officers lied in their testimony.
District Attorney Bret Burns says officers Randy Johnson and Rodney Richards contradicted each other with their testimony in the case.
Burns says the man and a woman were stopped by the officers in Grady County but the two denied being outside the Marlow city limits.
Marlow Police Chief Bob Hill was not available for comment and City Manager Janice Cain said she wasn't aware of the details and declined comment.

The cops lost big time, because their credibility will be disputed from here on out. Every single case they may involved in.

So District Attorney Bret Burns, why were the lying cops not brought up on perjury charges? They lied in their testimony, right? That is THE DEFINITION of perjury, right? Oh I forgot, cops don't get charged for the crimes they commit. Ask any OHP trooper.
