Isabel Martinez, 28, of Wichita, Kansas, was driving north on Interstate 35 south of Tonkawa in Kay County when the truck traveled off the road and struck a guard rail at 4:40 a.m., the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

Martinez was partially ejected and died at the scene, troopers said. He was not wearing a seat belt.
