OKLAHOMA CITY - A Hibdon Tires employee had a simple plan when he saw a man walk into a trailer on the Oklahoma City store's property last week: lock the man inside, pick up the phone and wait for the cops to show up.
The employee saw a man open a closed trailer at the store on the Northwest Expressway at Interstate 44 about 8:10 p.m. Thursday, according to a police report released today. After the man walked inside, the employee closed and padlocked the trailer door and called police.
Officers opened the door and found Theodore Ernest Hyrniak, 44, of Oklahoma City inside, the report states. Police arrested him on a burglary complaint, and he was released Friday on $3,000 bail, a jail spokeswoman said.

So, it's against the law to enter a trailer at a place of business? Won't it be hard to prove he was robbing the business if he didn't take anything?
