OKLAHOMA CITY - A man wanted in the shooting deaths of four people whose bodies were found in a burning home in southwest Oklahoma City turned himself in this morning to officials with the Mayes County Sheriff's Office in Pryor.
David Allen Tyner, 28, of Locust Grove, surrendered this morning on a warrant on six murder complaints. The death toll is six because two of the victims were pregnant.
Police said Tyner knew at least one of the victims. Detectives do not think Tyner acted alone.
Only two of the four victims have officially been identified. The arrest affidavit indicates all four victims were shot before someone set fire to the house.

This is sad and horrible,
The killer needs to get the death penalty.

Doctor kills his son with a kitchen knife and a man with unknown help kills 6 people without any remorse or even thinking about it. Two cars left after the shots were fired and fire set. In another state they charged a man and woman with killing a 5 year old girl they had prostituted out. We have not seen the depths to which people will sink.

these crimes are sickening, no regard for human life. We live in a very caotic, violent world

Seriously now, how on earth can it be said that there were 6 deaths, because two women were pregnant? According to Roe V. Wade, and the untold millions of "fetuses" aborted over the years, those aren't babies! So how can one murder something that the law says is nothing?
Or, could that law possibly be WRONG?

I saw this on T.V. and everyone that knew this guy said they are shocked, totally out of character. He is a body builder and had no priors, good reputation in his town. It will be interesting to find out why this happened. I'm sure he will give up the others that helped him.
William42: the pregnancies must have been far enough along to be considered viable if born that day. Oklahoma passed a law making it murder of an unborn baby. It's a very sad situation.

william, the women were pregnant and far enough along that the babies would have survive if born that day "viable pregnancy". Still discusting, I fully agree with FAITH, he should not only get the death penalty, they should USE it on him instead of sitting on death row for 30 years.. I support just trials and swift executions... maybe that will get some of these wanna be thugs attention, and save millions in tax dollars instead of cutting school and dhs support..

This guy is nothing but a thug and bully always has been. The Mayes County Sheriff only said he had never been is trouble because he was their stich. Has been for long time. That is only reason he was not already in jail. Got kicked out of Marine corp not discharged.

I have known David since he was a kid and this was just completely shocking to me. He was always such a sweet, upbeat kid. A little crazy, but in a fun way.... I just can't believe this. The whole thing is just so sad... My heart goes out to everyone involved. :-(
