A Chandler man died last week after a one-vehicle crash earlier this month in Lincoln County.

Rusty Dawn Harkins, 22, was involved in the wreck just before 2 p.m. on Nov. 5 when the vehicle he was driving left the roadway and hit a fence and tree. The truck rolled several times and Harkins was ejected, according to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

He was flown to OU Medical Center and admitted in critical condition. He died Nov. 11, according to the OHP.

Harkins was not wearing a seat belt, and the airbag equipped in the vehicle did not deploy, according to the report.
