NORMAN — Sarah Palin’s national book tour will include a stop at Hastings Books, 2300 W Main St., in Norman on Dec. 3.
The former vice presidential hopeful and former governor of Alaska will sign copies of her newly released memoir, "Going Rogue: An American Life,” at 7 p.m., store manager Rob Wood said.
"This is definitely the biggest thing we’ve ever had happen,” Wood said. "I’m excited but nervous. We expect a lot of people will be here for it.”
Palin will sign books purchased at Hastings.

If Palin were truly the dumb incompetent she is made out to be why is everyone paying her so much attention and why all the irrational hatred and venom?

It would be like Republicans getting all worked up over, say, Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi. Yawn, just doesn't make sense.

Bville,
America loves bimbo's and she is the replacement for Anna Nichole Smith. It's kind of like a car wreck, you know you shouldn't look but you can't help yourself.

Bville - They're just jealous that her book has become an instant bestseller, already topping the Amazon book sales charts.
Her success goes against everything they believe about socialism and income re-distribution. So unfair, to them.

As Geo W. Bush proved, there is a significant number of people who want to be led by someone as stupid as they feel themselves to be. Last election was an aberration.

As a former AK resident, I can honestly say that Gov. Palin was one of the best things that ever happened to that state. She would have been great for the country too. I don't expect the haters to understand.

It's pretty funny that all the right wingers call Obama every insult under the sun, yet get highly P.O.ed when Miss Palin gets the same treatment. Grow a pair, turnabout is fair play.

If she were ugly, conservatives wouldn't really care what she is talking about. Let's face it.. she's a hood ornament.

" She is picking up steam" HAHA... you Palin disciples have been saying that for more than a year now, and wow... just look... she's moving up! The newest poll shows that the percentage of people who think she's got the basic qualifications to be President is somewhere in the 20s (far less than during the election, by the way). If she's moving up, where the heck did she start from????

Please please please please make her the conservative choice for 2012. I think her being elected would probably prove the Mayans right. The end of the world would be at hand. As for her selling millions of books and making a ton of money may I remind you that it is stupid people such as yourselves giving her that money. Isn't she the woman that just quit being Governor so that she could make money while the iron was hot? Showed some great leadership skills on that one. You people are too stupid to get out of your own way and I laugh in your face. Please continue to place her on a throne and lavish her with your praise. In the meantime I will watch healthcare reform getting passed. Obama judicial nominations getting appointed and last but certainly not least Obama getting re-elected in 2012. The beauty of this is there is not one thing you can do to stop it and like a dog on a dead rat I relish rolling in your pain.

Ignatz,
We are now being led by someone who doesn't know what he's doing; Totally unprepared for the office he holds. It is being reflected in his polling numbers, another one term president.
