Six counts of murder filed in Oklahoma City house fire

OKLAHOMA CITY - Prosecutors today filed six first-degree murder counts against David Allen Tyner in the Nov. 9 deaths of four people and two unborn babies.

The victims were found in a house in southwest Oklahoma City authorities say was intentionally set on fire.

Killed were Casey Mark Barrientos, 32, of Oklahoma City; Jennifer Lynn Ermey, 25, of Edmond; Milagros Barrera, 22, of Mustang, and her unborn child; and Brooke Phillips, 22, of Moore, and her unborn child.
