Murder suspect had lived with slain girl's family
But her father evicted him after another daughter reportedly received unsolicited attention from him.
DEFENDANT
Marquis Bullock:
He reportedly made sexual advances toward another sister of Cori Baker's.

Before the disappearance of 13-year-old Cori Baker, the man who is accused of murdering her had lived with the Baker family but had been ordered out of their home, Tulsa County jurors were told Monday.
Casey Baker, an older sister of Cori's, said Marquis Bullock lived with the Baker family, which included three sisters and their father, Danny Baker, when they lived in Sapulpa.
Bullock was then dating the oldest sister, Courtney Baker, who is the mother of his son.
Danny Baker testified that Bullock "moved in because he didn't have a place to live."
The family later moved to Tulsa.
Casey Baker testified that in 2006, she got a note from Bullock in which he indicated that "he wanted to get with me."
One part of that note — displayed to jurors by a prosecutor — stated that "I have dreams about f------ you."
"I didn't know what to do," Casey Baker said.
She said she did not immediately tell her father or any adult.
Casey Baker, who indicated that she was then 15 or 16, testified that she later discovered that small parts of the window blinds in her bedroom had been "snapped off."
"I ran outside to see if you could see inside, and you could," she said.
She also discovered that holes had been drilled into the wall to allow someone to see into her bedroom.
She testified that she told her father about the note that Bullock had previously had sent her, and "my dad kicked him out."
Danny Baker said he was screaming when he confronted Bullock and that "I told him I wanted him out of the house."
When questioned by defense lawyer Kathy Fry, Danny Baker said he did not see who snapped the blinds or made the holes.
Casey Baker testified that in 2007, Bullock told her that he was "sorry for that stuff I did to you in Sapulpa."
He "texted me all the time," indicating that he "wanted to hang out with me," she said.
She said he wrote her another note indicating that he wanted to be a good friend.
"I stopped talking with him completely," she testified.
Bullock, now 20, is on trial for first-degree murder. He is accused of killing Cori after picking her up from Union Alternative School, 5656 S. 129th East Ave., on the afternoon of Nov. 9, 2007.
Some of Cori's remains were discovered in March 2008 at the Paintball Adventure Games facility in Creek County, near the Creek Turnpike and 49th West Avenue, evidence shows.
A medical examiner listed Cori's probable cause of death as undetermined and the manner of death as unknown.
In an opening statement last week, Assistant District Attorney Bill Musseman told jurors that Bullock was sexually attracted to Cori and that Casey had experienced "some of the same issues" with him.
Danny Baker testified Monday that the last time he saw Cori alive was at their Tulsa home on the morning of Nov. 9, 2007, as she left to catch a bus to go to school.
The night before, Cori was excited as she previewed what she planned to wear to school the next day, he said.
Testimony is set to resume Tuesday in District Judge Clancy Smith's court.

Garbage usually is taken OUT. Got to wonder whatever motivated this family to take IN this piece of human garbage. Sounds like he was passing himself around from sister to sister. What a class act.

He shouldn't have moved any man in to live with him and 3 daughters... What was he thinking??? Most fathers with 3 girls in the house would be running them off.

Raping teenage girls and killing them so he does not get caught.
Pretty much screams death penalty case.
If I were his cellmate, I would make sure I woke up to find he had hung himself with his bedsheet.
Scum like this does not deserve to live period.

I really think the dad dropped the ball on this one, allowing this weirdo and sexual predator to live in the same house as his young daughters. Dad needed to get a clue. Such a sad situation.

heynow, are your really that ignorant? Who could sue me for libel? The murderer? I'm scared! Really, use your head heynow. He's shacking up with one sister, sending letters to another saying he wants to get with her and dreams of "f******" her, as the TW reported and you think this piece wouldn't have raped her before he killed her? Your in lala land.

I hate to say the obvious, but without some kind of confession-like statement this will boil down to "members of the jury, isn't more likely than not that this guy murdered this girl?" and not..."he murdered her without a reasonable boubt in your minds", the latter being the legal standard. Depends on the make-up of jury, and skill of defense lawyer. Mr. Musseman has a hard row to hoe.

Mayor maynot, Do you think this "thing" actually has or ever will have the mental capability to feel true remorse? I would imagine more that he would consider his deeds grounds for bragging rights.
