OKLAHOMA CITY — Prosecutors have charged an 18-year-old with first-degree murder in the death of an Oklahoma City University student.

Saul Lynn Becerra Jr. also was charged Friday with shooting with an intent to kill in the shootings of Bradley Wahnee and Rogelio Saavedra.

Police say Wahnee and Saavedra, a gang member, were working on a car in front of a house Sept. 22 when a truck pulled up, and several gunmen got out and opened fire.

Wahnee died, but Saavedra survived and told investigators about problems with rival gang members.

Officers allege they found Becerra's fingerprints in the decommissioned utility truck driven by the assailants. He is in custody at a Tecumseh facility.

Another suspect, Angel Yasser Hernandez, owned the truck and was found dead several days later.
