"Multiple organ failure due to lack of oxygen" is not exactly the same thing as drowning, and suggests that she may have caused him to stop breathing in another manner, and put him in the bathtub after he was dead, to call it an accident. Regardless, if you leave a nine month old in a bathtub alone for one minute and the baby dies, you should be charged with manslaughter. If nothing else, you should be charged for extreme neglect, and stupidity on top of that.

Pippin is a twit. Does it ever occur to you that this isn't the only story that Matt is working on, and that your need to know everything, right now, isn't realistic. He could have just waited until he knew everything there was to know about it and you wouldn't have known the difference. Maybe, just maybe, he has to confirm some facts before he tells more. You remember what facts are don't you? And how is knowing where this apartment is going to help you or your friends in any way? Any of us could be living next door to a meth lab and not know it until something like this happens.
