Celebrity and comedian Joan Rivers will perform Feb. 6 at the Osage Event Center in Tulsa.
Rivers has appeared as a guest on "The Carol Burnett Show," "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson" and got her own late night talk show in 1986.
Joan Rivers returned to the national spotlight in the spring of 2009 as winner of Donald Trump’s "Celebrity Apprentice" and her winnings when to her charity God’s Love We Deliver.
She has hosted E! Entertainment Television and the TV Guide channel from 2005-07 with her daughter Melissa. Rivers is national chairperson for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is a board member of God’s Love We Deliver, a group that delivers meals to homebound AIDS patients.
She sells her own line of jewelry on The Shopping Channel and QVC and stars in a new reality TV series on TV Land, “How’d You Get So Rich?” that began airing in August 2009.
Rivers received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Show Host and got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1990.
Tickets are $25 and go on sale at noon on Friday, Nov. 13, at the Osage Event Center box office, L.L. Tisdale Parkway and 36th St. North in Tulsa.

She reminds me of a character in a Dr. Who episode. The character is thousands of years old and is just eyes and a mouth on a piece of skin stretched out on a frame.
I predict Joan Rivers will become that character by the year 2323.
