WHAT IT IS

A workout DVD featuring some basic "Bollywood" style dance moves.

WHERE YOU CAN GET IT

Acacia.com and other retailers, $15

IT'S BEST FOR

Those who need to dance their cares and carbs away.

DEGREE OF FUN

(on a scale of 1 to 4 sneakers)

DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY

(on a scale of 1 to 4 sneakers)

FITNESS GUINEA PIG SAYS

FGP was fully prepared to hate this DVD, as much as she loves Bollywood dance and wishes she could have been an extra in the "Jai Ho" number at the end of "Slumdog Millionaire."

But she tried this on a particularly rotten Monday morning and really dislikes dubbed-over voice tracks on workout videos.

Yet Hemalayaa (that's her name, allegedly) won FGP over, and she started to have fun dancing around her living room — in spite of her cranky self.

The diva of Bollywood dance workout DVDs promises you will dance away calories, carbs and your cares — and she delivers.

The moves are fairly simple but will get your heart rate up. She focuses on trying to get you to let go of stress and worry and dance like no one's watching (which is easy at home).

There's a reason Hemalayaa has sold lots of workout DVDs and has been a guest on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and "Today" — her energy and enthusiasm are infectious.

Sometimes you just need to dance around your living room and forget about the evils Monday has awaiting.
