SPAGHETTI WITH PARSLEY AND PARMESAN
- 1 pound(s) spaghetti
- 3/4 cup(s) butter, cut into bits
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a warmed serving dish. Add butter, parsley, 1 cup of Parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Toss well, using two forks, until the butter and cheese have melted. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the remaining cheese.
