
The Tulsa World Circulation Department is the direct point of contact for all of our print and electronic subscribers. We are available to help with any customer service, delivery or billing questions.
Our customer service representatives live and work in your community. Your call will be answered by a trained professional working in our downtown Tulsa offices. Items that you may need assistance with include:
— Creation of a new home delivery subscription and account setup.
— Conversion to Autopay, our automated billing program.
— Change of subscription status or billing address.
— Reporting a missed, wet, damaged or incomplete newspaper.
— Assistance with billing questions or vacation hold of newspapers.
— Account balance or payment support
