Tulsa man killed in Catoosa crash

A Tulsa man was killed Thursday in a drunken-driving accident in Rogers County.
The crash occurred about 6:40 a.m. on Admiral Place just west of 289th East Avenue in Catoosa, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol accident report.
Efrain Lopez Soto, 25, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Soto's car ran off the road and hit a utility pole before overturning, the report states.
Soto had been drinking and was not wearing a seat belt, troopers reported. He did not have any passengers.
