Tulsa County prosecutors filed first-degree murder charges against a 17-year-old Tulsa boy for the shooting death of an 18-year-old girl.

Theo Fleming was first arrested April 4 in the shooting death of 18-year-old Kaitlyn Finnegan, a Bishop Kelley High School student.

According to a police affidavit filed in the case, Fleming and two other people took Finnegan to St. Francis Hospital in Fleming's car after the shooting. Tulsa police Capt. Richard Alexander said detectives are interviewing the other people.

His attorney says the shooting was an accident and that the two teenagers were laughing and playing before the shooting.
