Mannford man arrested on charges of sexual misconduct

A Mannford man has been arrested on charges of sexual misconduct.
John Bartleson, 46, is being held in the Creek County Jail and is awaiting transfer to Jasper County, Missouri.
According to an official with the Jasper County Sheriff's Department, Bartleson is charged with sexual misconduct or attempted sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 15.
Records show Bartleson is a teacher at Charles Page High School in Sand Springs, although the district's Web site does not list him as an employee.
