Kid Rock to play The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa

James "Bob" Ritchie, aka Kid Rock, will perform March 1 at The Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.

Tickets start at $75 and go on sale Dec. 15. Must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets will be available at tulsaworld.com/hardrockcasino, 918-384-ROCK and The Joint box office at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, 777 W. Cherokee St., in Catoosa.

His more popular songs include "Rock 'n' Roll Jesus," "Amen," the Warren Zevon and Lynyrd Skynyrd sample-laden "All Summer Long," the Bad Company cover "Feel Like Makin' Love," along with "Roll On," "Jackson, Mississippi," "So Hott," "Cowboy," "Bawitdaba," "God Only Knows Why" and more. He's also recorded or performed a string of popular cover tunes, including "Fortunate Son" by Creedence Clearwater Revival, "Legs" by ZZ Top, "Turn the Page" by Bob Seger, "Real Mean Bottle" by Vince Gill and more.

He's sold more than 20 million albums since his 1998 debut, "Devil Without a Cause."

His biggest pop hit and country music breakout was the Sheryl Crow duet "Picture" in 2002.

He released the studio album "Born Free" in 2010, produced by Rick Rubin.

It includes a roster of guests, including Crow, Trace Adkins, Zac Brown, Martina McBride, Bob Seger and rapper T.I. It soon became his sixth album to sell more than 1 million copies.

Rock's multi-genre style covers everything from Midwest hip-hop to rap-rock, country-rock and heavy metal. His influences include Johnny Cash, Too Short, Bob Seger, Run-DMC, Eric B. & Rakim, Warren Zevon, Jim Croce, David Allan Coe, Beastie Boys and more.
