NORMAN – Oklahoma running back Roy Finch was cited on a misdemeanor complaint of property molestation Dec. 8, Norman Police Sgt. Jennifer Newell confirmed.

The complaint was raised by an unidentified friend of the 20-year-old Finch, after Finch allegedly damaged the friend's computer. Police were called to the location of the incident, the Commons on Oak Tree apartments in Norman, where Finch signed the complaint before being released, Newell said.

Finch is OU's second-leading rusher with 601 yards. He has been the Sooners' featured back since leading rusher Dominique Whaley broke his ankle at Kansas State Oct. 29.

OU heads to the Insight Bowl decimated at the position. Freshman Brandon Williams is out with a neck injury. Jermie Calhoun and Jonathan Miller decided to leave the program after Whaley emerged earlier this season.

Finch, fellow sophomore Brennan Clay and fullback Trey Millard are the Sooners' only remaining ball-carriers. Clay has a total of 15 rushes over OU's past five games. Millard has carried 20 times all year.
