Read profiles of each Republican candidate, watch a video on Oklahoma’s new voting machines and see all the election coverage.
Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich charged President Obama with a "war on religion" Monday afternoon at Oral Roberts University and promised to eliminate "every act of anti-religious bigotry" if elected.
Speaking at ORU's Mabee Center, Gingrich mocked environmental concerns and received a standing ovation for saying, "You can't put a gun rack in a Volt."
A crowd estimate was not immediately available but appeared comparable to the Feb. 9 visit of former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum.
Gingrich was third in the most recent SoonerPoll.com survey, behind Santorum and Mitt Romney.
