Girls Basketball Player of the Week: Emily Hudgeons

A 5-foot-7 senior, she led the Eagles to the Class A regional consolation championship last week and a berth in this week's area tournament. In victories against South Coffeyville, Olive and Southwest Covenant, she averaged 20.3 points. She also compiled 31 rebounds and 12 steals. Her coach says Hudgeons is a tremendous athlete and a fierce competitor.
