How it happened: The courthouse plaza shooting

Photographer John Fancher works at the downtown library. About 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, he captured images of a man police identified as Andrew Joseph Dennehy, 23. The man fired shots and was shot himself outside the Tulsa County Courthouse. Fancher's camera recorded the elapsed time.
