Folk band Bon Iver coming to Tulsa

American indie folk band Bon Iver will perform June 2 at the Brady Theater.
The show is all ages. Tickets are $37.50, plus fees, and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, available at Reasor's locations, Starship, Cain's Ballroom box office, Ida red, Buy for Less, by calling 866-977-6849 and online at tulsaworld.com/brady The Staves will open.
Bon Iver was founded in 2007 in Wisconsin by Justin Vernon.
In 2009 Bon Iver, along with Tulsa-born musician Annie Clark of St. Vincent, contributed the song "Rosyln" to the "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" official movie soundtrack. The next year, Vernon worked with rapper Kanye West on his tune "Lost in the World," which starts with a sample of Bon Iver's "Woods." Vernon also sang on West's track "Monster."
Earlier this year, Bon Iver won Grammy awards for best new artist and best alternative album.
