Elsie and Dennis Chapman's April 2 letter, "Mad at Cox," was very interesting. I also had called Cox about the sudden rise in our cable bill. I was told that all costs are going up but they would do me a favor and discount my bill but only for six months.
The Chapmans got a whole year so you can see there must be a whole lot of profit to play with. Everyone who got a rate increase should call in and get the reduced rate and be sure to ask for a year!
Their standard rates do not seem to apply evenly to everyone.
