SAPULPA -- A 24-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in a sexual assault on a 4-year-old girl Friday morning south of Sapulpa.
Tommy Braden is being held in the Creek County jail on a complaint of child sexual abuse.
Creek County Sheriff's Capt. John Davis said Braden was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at the District Attorney's Office.
Davis said Braden called police about 7:20 a.m. Friday to report that a window in his mobile home near 161st Street and Hickory Street had been broken out and that the 4-year-old had been assaulted.
Davis identified Braden as the boyfriend of the girl's mother and the father of a 2-year-old boy who was also present in the mobile home.
Authorities said the children are staying with family members.
