Former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor (second from left) visits with Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg (from left), Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan on Wednesday at a forum in Washington, D.C., marking the 30th anniversary of O'Connor's appointment as the first woman on the high court. The retired justice said it's ''fabulous'' to have three female justices on the bench at the same time. O'Connor, who retired in 2006 after 24 years as a justice, was appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1981. It was the first time the four women have appeared together in public.
