High-tea cooking class to be held April 28

Joyce Jackson's English high-tea cooking class will be 1-5:30 p.m. April 28.
The hands-on cooking class includes pastry for tarts, lemon curd, sausage rolls, scones, plus special English tea sandwiches including watercress, cucumber and pressed tongue, which tastes like cold roast beef. Sit-down high-tea ends the class, which costs $45.
