NORMAN — The field
of 12 teams was cut in half
Thursday in the semifinals
of the NCAA Men’s Gymnastics
Championships at
the Lloyd Noble Center.
No. 1-ranked Oklahoma
posted the second-highest
score among the six qualifying
teams.
The Sooners seek a ninth
NCAA team championship
at 7 p.m. Friday.
Michigan, Penn State
and Stanford each earned a
spot in the team finals with
scores of 353.45, 353 and
348.50, respectively, in the
first session.
