Oklahoma State University confirmed Wednesday that three members of the Cowgirl basketball team have been granted releases from their scholarships.
The players are Jenni Bryan, Vicky McIntyre and Taylor Schippers. Bryan is transferring to Oral Roberts University.
Schippers started 17 games as a freshman last season, essentially splitting starts at shooting guard with freshman Jordan Schultz. Schippers averaged 3.8 points in 17.3 minutes of court time per game.
McIntyre, a reserve post player, averaged 4.0 points and 4.1 rebounds in 11.4 minutes per game as a sophomore last season. She played a more prominent role during her freshman season.
Bryan, a reserve guard from Coweta, averaged 1.7 points and 1.3 rebounds in 8.6 minutes per game as a sophomore last season.
The Oklahoman first reported Bryan's departure, as well as her intention to enroll at Oral Roberts.
