OKLAHOMA CITY - Republican Bob Anthony, seeking a fifth consecutive six-year term on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, has raised more than five times the amount of contributions reported by his GOP challenger, according to campaign reports filed Monday.
Anthony reported raising $217,007 for the three-month reporting period of Jan. 1 through March 31, according to his report filed with the state Ethics Commission.
Brooks Mitchell reported raising $42,450, according to his report.
Republican Patrice Douglas, who was appointed last year to the utility regulatory panel, didn't draw an opponent. Douglas will serve the remainder of a term than ends in 2014.
