Resident drags out intruder, holds him for police

A man who is accused of breaking into an apartment to hide from police Monday night was arrested after a resident dragged him out and held him down, Tulsa police said.
Keith Bernard Mack, 24, fled into the unit at Melrose Apartments, 6321 E. Ninth St., after police pulled over his vehicle about 9:15 p.m. at 1100 S. Sheridan Road, police said.
The resident pulled Mack from the apartment and held him until officers arrived, police said.
Mack was booked into the Tulsa Jail with bail set at $21,250 on complaints of first-degree burglary, resisting arrest and traffic violations, records show.
