Poll shows 70 percent of U.S. teens aren’t financially responsible.

Seven Spirit executives sold shares of the Wichita, Kan.-based company in the past week. Jeffrey L. Turner, chief executive officer, on May 7 sold 34,574 direct shares at $24.95 with a market value of $862,621.

Philip D. Anderson, chief financial officer, on May 7 sold 3,017 direct shares at $24.99 with a market value of $75,395. H. David Walker, Spirit's chief technology officer, on May 7 sold 5,466 direct shares, $25 each, market value of $136,650.

Michael G. King, chief operating officer, on May 7 sold 7,256 direct shares of SPR at $25.01 with a market value of $181,473. James Steven Sharp, officer, on May 7 sold 1,452 direct shares at $25 with a market value of $36,300.

Neil McManus, Spirit officer, on May 7 sold 6,861 direct shares at $25 with a market value of $171,525. John A. Pilla, officer, on May 7 sold 5,335 direct shares at $25 with a market value of $133,375.

So far this quarter, Spirit insider sells total more than $1.5 million, double the five-year average for the second quarter. Spirit Aerosystems employs about 2,700 workers in Tulsa.

ONEOK Inc.: Eduardo A. Rodriguez, director, on May sold 1,500 direct shares of OKE at $86.37 with a market value of $129,555. On May 9, Pattye L. Moore, director, sold 5,000 direct shares at $85.50 with a market value of $427,500.

Williams Cos. Inc.: Alan Armstrong, CEO, on May 3 exercised options to purchase 7,929 WMB shares at $12.79 with a market value of $101,412. It was Armstrong's first insider move this year, according to Thomson.

Unit Corp.: G. Bailey Peyton, director, on May 8 purchased 3,000 direct shares at $38 with a market value of $114,000. Unit is a Tulsa-based energy firm with exploration and production, contract drilling and midstream pipeline divisions.
