Two arrested after woman robbed, dragged at mall

Two people were arrested after a woman was robbed and dragged through a parking lot at Tulsa Promenade mall early Monday, records show.

Ranisha Renee Page, 21, is accused of grabbing the woman's shirt as she walked by Page's car about 8:20 a.m., dragging her as the vehicle drove off and then taking her cell phone, arrest reports show.

Joshstin Marquis Bullock, 18, is accused of driving the vehicle, according to a report.

The victim gave police a description of the vehicle and the woman who attacked her, and an officer stopped the vehicle minutes later. The cell phone was found inside, a report says.

Page and Bullock were booked into the Tulsa Jail on complaints of robbery by force or fear.

Page, who is also accused of trying to remove her handcuffs as she was arrested, was also booked on a complaint of resisting arrest. Her bail was set at $100,000.

Bullock's bail was set at $50,000.

Page was convicted of obstructing a police officer and trying to escape arrest or detention in 2009; shoplifting, and trying to escape arrest or detention, assaulting an Office of Juvenile Affairs employee and false impersonation in 2010; and false impersonation in 2011. She was set to be on probation until 2019.

Bullock was convicted as a juvenile of armed robbery and possessing a firearm in 2009, records show. He was sentenced to 15 years in Office of Juvenile Affairs custody.
