For the third time in two months, an in-state player has verbally committed to play football at the University of Tulsa.

Union three-star prospect Chris Hall announced his decision during an interview Friday morning on The Sports Animal.

At 6 feet and 235 pounds, Hall is ranked fifth nationally at fullback by Rivals but also plays receiver for the Redskins.

The Golden Hurricane's other Class of 2013 commitments are Vian lineman Rob Boyd and Sallisaw quarterback Ben Oberste.

Verbal commitments are non-binding. Recruits can sign national letters of intent starting in February.
